How are the masks made?
All masks are machine and handmade.  No two are identical.  What may seem as imperfections should be considered part of the uniqueness of the mask.  Jewelry embellishments are typically faux metals and stones. Each mask has two layers -- the decorative side and a soft material lining.

What type of masks are these?
CHERYLE.LA masks are for decoration and are not constructed as medical grade masks.

Are returns accepted?
Due to possible personal use and sanitary reasons, returns are not accepted.

Do you have duplicate designs?
All inventory is present on the website.  With that said, if you try to order 2 of the same design, you will most likely receive a refund for the second duplicate order. If it is possible to fill the duplicate design order, the masks will not be identical to each other. Please understand that each mask made is unique.

I'd like to order in quantities more than one, how can I do this?
Please use the form below and describe the type of mask you'd like to order and the quantity.  I will let you know if this can be filled.

What method do you ship with?
We use U.S.P.S Priority or First Class.

What payment options do you offer?
Our payment processor is  Paypal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card or eCheck.  Soon, we will be accepting digital currency.
